Shipping:
Peakoutdoors.com offers free ground shipping anywhere in the continental US for any order of $99 or more. Peakoutdoors.com orders under $99 ship anywhere within the continental US based on weight.
Shipment tracking typically takes 2 - 7 business days to update. We will notify you as soon as your tracking number becomes available. Please be sure to check your promotions, spam or junk mail folders for these updates. Standard shipping takes approximately 3 - 7 business days from the time the item ships. During the Holidays the estimated shipping window is extended to approximately 5 - 10 business days.
Peakoutdoors.com orders can be shipped from multiple warehouses across the United States and can be shipped using FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc. Some brands have shipping restrictions and cannot ship to USPS PO BOX or Freight Forwarding addresses and will be noted on the product page description.
*Items shipped from Maine HQ, some Crua Products and our roof top tents do not qualify for free shipping at this time.
International and Expedited Shipping:
Unfortunately we're unable to promise or guarantee delivery by a specific date and don't offer overnight or express shipping at this time. We also do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, US territories, or international addresses. Please feel free to reach out to contact@peakoutdoors.com with any questions!

Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos contact@peakoutdoors.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Without photos we cannot validate or pursue any claims.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $9.95 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for both delivery and return shipping. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase and will refund the order upon receipt of the item. You (the buyer) are responsible for return shipping.
